JT and Britney are extremely old news, there's a bigger chance of Christina's weight loss grabbing headlines for the millionth time than for the media to focus on JT and Brit. Plus, she'll be looking like her gorgeous self, while JT and Brit... well, they'll be cute.

I don't think that anyone would care at this point....I mean it's 2014 and this "rivalry" between them stopped years ago, so this wouldn't make any news.

But genuinely, I think you may be overestimating media's interest in JT and Britney. It's been over a decade since their break up and neither of them is as much of a pop phenomenon as they used to be when they were together. If X, B and JT take a picture, they'll all get the same amount of attention imo.
