Y'all MJH haters are eventually going to realize how much you love MJH but by the time you do it'll be too late and the only performances of it that you'll ever get are piano ones, elongated with emotional 5-minute speeches in between the verses
Music is subjective, I'll remind you of this first and foremost. Second, I'll note that my mouth does not want to go anywhere near what Gaga sings about in HML, so relatability is a nonfactor overall. I like the attitude in the MJH lyrics and the "rich as piss" line is actually one of my favorites; I find it to be careless rather than cringe-worthy. Finally, I refute the claim that the vocals are drowned, because I can hear them quite clearly and they are the best part. HML on the whole is an amazingly produced song that explored new territory for Gaga, but the spirit and soul of MJH, even beyond the weed lyrics, is the summation of all my favorite aspects of Gaga, and I have never been as impressed by her as I was today when I heard this snippet.

I want your whiskey mouth All over my blonde south
I guess you have something against blondes
Anyways I know music is subjective otherwise we wouldnt be having all this team stuff, and with that I wont restate my opinion since we disagree on which one is better

Wasn't it 'blood south'?
I always thought she was trying to say she wants her ***** eaten by a man who drank whisky while she's on her period
