I've been thinking about the difference between 21 and 25..
21 feels like she has been through a situation in her life, so she wrote about it to feel better, to express her emotions, to let go of that pain..
While most songs on 25 feel like she needed to make an album, so she met with people , talked to them about a situation/ though she had, and wrote a song about that.
That's why for me 21 works better as an Album that 25. (That doesn't change a thing about my love for 25 BTW.. I really can't choose between 21/25).
I hope the next album will also have this kinda feeling of a whole process she's been through. I wouldn't mind waiting again for this.
But anyway I learned to trust her, I believe her when she's saying she's taking her time to live life.. I can understand she needs this to write. It ain't easy to write stuff based only on memory..
In short, just hope she won't feel pressure in writing the new album.. and that she will write from the place of expressing and not from the place of making an album. For that I'll give her the whole time in the world.
Even though I also feel like she won't be long as long as she did before..
What about the soundtrack songs BTW? That's it?
Also, I had a dream last night she's finally announced the DVD, the cover was beautiful (I can't remember exactly. Think it was a picture of her face colored in blue and red). But threw were 2 parts, and I had only the 2nd (which was behind the scenes from her glastonbury performance and the tour.. ) the first was the performances, but I don't know the set list
I want a DVD already tbh...
