Kesha is getting COINS again thanks to Girls' Generation
OH MY GOD she finally sold "Chain Reaction" ?? Oh well, glad it got released, I guess. Should have been on 'Animal'.
But wait, it's on their 'The Best' album, and only the Famima Edition? Is it a new recording, or an old recording that didn't make one of their albums?

It was actually recorded around the same time than Run Devil Run, so around 2010~2011.

And I think Kesha can get 100k opening week this time, at least. I mean Obviously I'd be hoping for more 250-300k for her sake but if Gaga can barely scrape that then Lorde knows Kesha won't touch that. 100k is far more likely for an act like Kesha. But, anything could happen with the RIGHT lead single, not just a HIT lead single... there's a difference.
I think the only way Kesha can rake in the debut numbers that Miley/Katy/Gaga raked in last fall season is if she has some critics on her side. These days if you have the bloggers and the critics saying your album is good or a progression from your previous material in some way, more people are willing to look into it. Especially in her case since I don't think people have any expectations for her new album at all or are even thinking about her really. I think she can make something pretty dope, im just hoping she goes more Innocence & pills/vintage kiss with a little bit of Cannibal EP for poppy flavor rather than half hearted rock wannabes like Dirty Love and Pretty Lady with the lazy canned pop of Warrior (All That Matters, Out Alive, Thinking of You).
I just need Last Goobye to get the recognition it deserves.
When the album first came out I thought it was one of the few highlights but as time went on I kind of noticed how non-Kesha it was. It sounds straight up like a lame Nate Ruess track that Kesha happened to sing on, I don't care for it and its pretty generic. I actually think Past Lives is a lot more honest, a lot more charming, and a lot more indicative of the kind of direction she probably could've gone in for the rest of the record aside from songs like Machine Gun Love.

I've always thought that Past Lives was better than Last Goodbye, and that the latter was highly overrated imo. I get the love for it and agree, that it's one of her better songs, but at the same time, it's been almost two years and it's kinda wore off on me. I'm still not tired of Past Lives yet
And not her selling Chain Reaction to Girls Generation
Ah. I still wish that Run Devil Run was HER song and she wasn't just used as a vocal guide. It really could've fit on Animal, and probably been a single She should've snatched it from GG and bought it, did a Beyoncé, and changed a couple of words or re-write the verses so she can have some writing credit It would've been weird having that be the only song on the album she didn't write

I never knew anyone else here liked Past Lives
It's amazing and it's completely 100% Kesha and that's what makes it special.
It was written by Busbee, Alex James, and Kalle Engström with Hong Ji-yoo & Nakamura Kanata writing/translating the lyrics into Japanese and Korean for GG.

Yes
Everything about the song is flawless. The intro, the vocals, the guest vocals, the writing, the outro, the fart she let out after recording, the pizza she had the next day.. just ugh
Ya I came to post what Ryan already has, Kesha didn't write RDR, she was just a vocal guide... but I kinda figured that "Chain Reaction" was an old recording since I would have thought that they'd have changed it up a bit for 2014.
btw Past Lives is Top 5 on Warrior for me. I personally prefer Last Goodbye, though.
1. Last Goodbye
2. Only Wanna Dance With You
3. C'Mon
4. Past Lives
5. Supernatural
