PHUNK RECORDS APOLOGIZES FOR PROMO FREE WEEK!
We are very sorry for the shifting of the release of both Natalia Kills' "Ko-Motion" and Demi Lovato's "Critical" to next week. Situations were tight and the label had a lot of personal and important things to take care of.
Fans should rest assured however that next week, you will be seeing your favourite stars A LOT.

RITA VISTS NHK-FM IN JAPAN + PERFORMS 'LOSING ME' + ANNOUNCES SURPRISE
Last night's interview with Rita Ora took place in a small studio underneath the iconic Tokyo Tower. Fans crowded outside for a chance to catch a sight of Rita. Rita showed up with purple highlights in her hair and stayed outside for ten minutes greeting and taking pictures with fans. Eventually, she went inside for her interview.

How are you enjoying Tokyo so far? Is it what you expected?
It's lovely. I've spent the last few hours shopping and sightseeing and I wish I could be here longer because there's so much more I want to see haha.
Maybe your new album will bring you here again sometime in the future. Speaking of your new things, you released your debut single early this week, can you tell us about that?
Well, 'Losing Me' was written by me and Boots and as most people have guessed by now its about my obese ex Rob Kardashian. I wrote this song to inspire young girls to stand up for themselves and I'm glad that the message seems to be spreading.
After the release of your single last Monday, you've been announced as the face of both AMQ and Pepsi! How do you find time to do all these things?
I love to work! I know it sounds strange but I truly do. I hate siting at home doing nothing, and this past week of promo has been the most fun I've had in a while. I still can't get used to the fact of seeing huge billboards with my picture everywhere.
You had better adjust soon, because you're starting to blow up and in no time more companies will be at your door. Apart from with brands, do you have any plans of collaborating with any other singers?
Yes, actually. I have a couple of collars planned for this album, and I can't wait for to reveal them for my fans. I'll also be going on tour with Britney Spears very soon and I can't believe how amazing she was to let me do that. Apart from her, I'd also love to work with Zendaya or Charli XCX. Zendaya is an amazing singer and Charli and i have been friends for a while now so a feature on either rod our albums isn't out of the question.
You seem to be friends with a lot of people in the industry, but there's one artist that I know you aren't a huge fan of: Ms Azealia Banks. Would you care to share your side of the story?
I've been asked this a lot, and I've always had the same answer. There isn't my side of the story because this "feud" is predominantly one sided. I had never even heard of the local artist who I'm supposedly "feuding" with until I was asked earlier this week in an interview. Even when I googled her, I was redirected to an Iggy Azalea search page. So there isn't much to say except for the fact that I'm about to open a sold-out stadium tour and she is-well, who knows what she's doing?
Ouch! Kitty's got claws! *laughs* Before you perform for us, we've been told that you have a big surprise for us! Would you like to tell us and your RITARDS what that is?
Of course! I have two actually. The first is that I will be back here in Tokyo in three weeks for my new tour, and you have a chance to win tickets by entering the raffle on my website. The second surprise is the release dates for my lyric and actual videos for 'Losing Me'. The lyric video will be available three hours after this show and the actual video will be coming on Saturday at noon.

Rita begins snapping her fingers and softly repeats "It's all downhill after me" six times. After the sixth time, she holds the last note for eight seconds before the 'Losing Me' percussion kicks in. Rita begins singing the first verse. The most surprising part was when Rita reached the chorus, she sang it in fluent Japanese and stunned even the show host. She repeated the first verse and ended the performance in Japanese with the line, "I won't shed a single tear, goodbye baby, goodbye."

Britney Spears: NFL Kickoff

Britney Spears opened the annual NFL Kickoff this year with a medley performance of BOMT & Oops/Gimme Your Best.
BOMT/Oops
The performance started with a huge classroom set up on stage and a class of students sitting down taking an exam. Smoke surrounded the stage as a remix of BOMT began playing. The students then threw away their tests in unison and got up on the desks and began dancing to the song. Britney then came into the classroom wearing her iconic schoolgirl outfit as she rang the fire alarm. Britney then got up onto the desks and danced to BOMT with the other students. The teacher kept shouting "get down from there!", Britney did a back flip off the desk landing on her feet as she pushed her hands to the side of her body and snapped her fingers. When she snapped her fingers the stage went pitch black...
Twenty seconds later, the stage lights turned back on as the set was transformed to Mars and Britney was in the same pose wearing her Oops outfit from the 2000 VMAs. Martian dancers then began to swarm around Britney as she moved her body down to the ground and they fell like dominoes. Britney turned to the crowd as she danced to the VMA/DWAD remix of Oops! She was doing sexier choreography as fire shot up on the stage. Britney then got onto a flying circular platform and flew around the stage and around the close crowd as she performed a dance break to Oops! She jumped off and got back on the stage below to perform one final dance break with the Martians who were surrounding her in a circle and touching her body. She pushed her hands to the side of her body and they all fell down as the stage once again turned to black.
Gimme Your Best
The stage lights lit back up as Britney was center stage on top of a huge building prop which had a "TOXIC RECORDS" sign on it. Britney jumped off the top of the building attached to a cable, she was lowered down to center stage. Britney was wearing a sexy special agent costume as swat team men began jumping off the building as well. "Target identified: Britney Spears, capture target" was announced on the loudspeakers. Britney then fought off the swat men to the first chorus of Gimme Your Best, pushing them away from her and throwing them off the stage. Britney then went into a full split as smoke surrounded the stage and a loud robotic voice was heard saying "System Malfunction".
10 seconds later, Britney popped up again wearing a sexier outfit as dancers in football jerseys helped her take off the special agent suit
She danced to the second chorus all by herself in her ring of fire. Twirling and turning while fire surrounded her on the stage. Girl dancers then came to the stage wearing nothing but long jerseys and heels, the girls and Britney got into a circle formation and danced on the stage with Britney to the ending of Gimme Your Best as water rained down on them. They performed a technical dance break, ending it with back handsprings as they then moved to the ground and began touching each other as smoke surrounded the stage and the performance was over.
