I said the animators doesn't try for the best quality in the animation since even with less effort its more successful than its competition... Then i said that the story and characters (what makes One Piece truly amazing) is intact... and the anime isn't that bad tbh
Second, popularity isn't equal quality but u see One piece has both popularity and critical acclaim sooooooooooo

And i might be one of the few people that don't stan for success... if my fave has it of course i am going to boast about it, but its not that i am going to stan for something because its popular... otherwise i would jump into the SAO and Fairy Tail bandwagon
