In 50 years when people look back, Britney will have been to more successful one throughout thier entire careers, you cant just cut britney accomplishments before 2002, thats unfair you need to compare by the stages in their career...Britney by her 3rd album sold 50 million+ albums while Avril only sold 30 million and in total britneys around 63,000,000 albums sold while avril is still back at 30,000,000 albums sold, Britney has more WW #1's and bigger albums sales overall

and yeah ofcorse Britney is going to be up Avril cuase of her bigs year 99,00,01 the thing I'm trying to said is that till Avril started she has been more succsesful than Britney on every aspect. Avril is close to Britney, but ofcourse Britney wins why? because she has more carreer and the albums on that years sold more, her #1 singles were at the begining and all that stuff, Britney is now on music history but Avril is also close she' s also 1 of the biggest artist this decade, so britney needs to be carefull and hope she has a little interest on her career and leave all the stupid crazy things she has done over the last 3 years.

Britney sold 80,000,000, and in her carreer peak she sold 60,000,000, and avril 25,000,000 , dont comparee
