Because Rihanna's had six major worldwide tours over a decade and the highest she can gross is $142M.
And TPWT grossed $202M with 9 unreported dates, so with just her second worldwide tour Katy grossed like $70M more than Rihanna EVER has.
And save the "Katy has to do over 100 dates!!!1!1!!!
Rihanna's never had the demand to have a tour that big, because everybody knows Jay-Z and Beyonce would have her doing over 150 dates every tour if she did.
