I agree, a mashup of "The Way We Were" and "When We Were Young" at the Grammys NEEDS to happen.
Secondly, yeah, I have no hope for ATRL. They wouldn't know good music if it smacked them right in the face.
Like, even I'll admit, some of the pop girls—even some of the ones in my signature—are a mess. I'll be the first to admit that some of them don't exactly make great music, it's just catchy and I enjoy it. That doesn't make it good, necessarily. It's a shame that Adele will always have those arguments against her, but pretty much everyone loves her, and rightfully so. If a few people are going to remain pressed because she's more talented and successful than their faves, so be it.
Thirdly, we better pray to God that this is one of those times where Adele does not check her Twitter account. I am NOT here for "Remedy" being the fourth single. I think it's pretty inevitable that if we get a fifth single, it will be "Remedy" or "All I Ask," but let's be real... "Remedy" is NOT hit material. If she's going to release a song about her kid as a single, "Sweetest Devotion" is the better choice.
Speaking of Ryan, though, I know a few of you here stan for OneRepublic. What do you guys think of the new album?
