i think its going to be released after the bbc 1 thing i dont know when but not before :S
It might go up for pre-order in the UK right after, but it wouldn't make sense to upload it to the US at like 7 am when iTunes is updating before that and there isn't a US radio premiere.
On second thought, uploading it tomorrow at midnight might make more sense after the internet gets a hold of the news and everything.
