It has now charted for 14 weeks in total on the Hot 100. The top 25 rules is for songs that have charted over 52 weeks...
With 4 weeks every year that's an issue in 10 years. Who knows what rules we will have at that point or if it's still that relevant in 10 years (it probably will be, but that's so far away).
