The dress is below average - it's ugly. What are all those purple flowers?! The heels are nice and classy, and I like that they're open toe - shows that she isn't a vixen yet.

I don't know why Ashley is always either very good or very bad. First, let's start with the heels. They are so average! Nothing special about hthem at all. And the outfit is pretty ugly - too masculine! Her hair and make up do nothing for the photo. Average at best.
