You should get a personal trainer to give you a program to follow and 2 times is really low, you should get that up to 4-5 times a week.

I binged so bad, I feel disgusted!!!!!
I ate 6 boiled eggs, 3 boiled chicken legs for breakfast/lunch or brunch whatever you call it
1 cup of Mexican fried rice and 2 more chicken legs, but cooked with some kind of sauce for dinner
I stepped on the scale and gained 4 lbs in one day!!!!
I didn't eat any sweets or drink any soda! Only 8 bottles of Dasani water (16.9 FL Oz)
I KNEW I should've stuck with my 1,000 calorie a day diet as I've mentioned before
I'm going to do a 40 minute cardio workout right now and HOPEFULLY loose all this food I ate
I ate too much damn protein I think, I'm gonna sit next to the toilet and throw up all this fat out

This is a mess through and through.
First off 1000 calories is way too low . You will lose more muscle mass than fat (skinny fat) and muscles keep your metabolic rate up, meaning you can eat more without gaining weight.
Second you do not gain weight(especially not 4 pounds) in a day no matter how much you eat.
There are multiple problems with very low calorie diets. Firstly it's unhealthy and not sustainable. But the bigger problem is the jojo effect. When you go low calorie your body down regulates your metabolism and such. Once you start eating "normal" again you will put on fat a lot easier again. I don't know how long you've been eating this low calorie but your body might've down rgulated already. This means you might gain weight again if you shoot back up to 2000 calories gain. Try to ease yourself into it. Go for 1300 for a week or two and then 1600 for a week or two and then up to 2000. This way your body will have a chance to adjust its metabolism to your new calorie intake.

Because, I'm a Kristen Stewart type of friendly person and i don't talk to anybody and i feel like 70% of gym population has some kind of a gym buddy . Like I only say Hello at the reception when i need to check in , but when my foot steps in "working area " i just become introverted

 at Kirsten Steward type friendly
I work out with friends occasionally but I prefer to be alone to. I just want to pop my headphones in and forget everyone else for an hour and a half.

I'm not looking to become incredibly muscular, just get a little bit more in shape, so I do a full body workout 2 times a week (instead of doing upper body 2 times a week and lower body 2 times a week totaling to 4 times a week), and according to everything I read that should be enough for my goal.
For example, I managed to get some good improvement in my legs and abs. just not my arms.

The thing is when you break it up into 4 days, your upper and lower-body are still being used slightly even on those "off-days".
Even on the supposed off days for my upper body I still bench a set and do a couple pull-ups, just like when Im off for lower-body I still do 100 leg-lifts.
You can always push yourself harder.

I did legs yesterday and they killed! But I love the feeling!
I still need to start drinking way more water and eating more though.

Does anyone reverse their workout routines?
For example, say if I finished legs on a friday, I do it again on Monday and do my whole routine backwards?

I'm starting to hit gym recently to gain muscle, but more importantly, to lose some weight
I have done a bit reading, and I get the gist, but I haven't found one definite workout routine for beginners yet
Can anyone suggest me one please? I can work out 5 times a week.

I need help too. I've read all this stuff on doing bench/squat/deadlifts, but I'm so confused and I'm scared I'll injure myself. Is that stuff even okay to do alone, without a spotter? I don't have a workout buddy..

If you're willing to spend a dollar or two (I can't remember), the Fitness Buddy app helped me greatly when I first started working out. They have different workout routines based on skill level and body parts, as well as a complete exercise library.
I just got back from doing chest today. I forget how hard decline bench press was, the gym I workout at only has one in the weights area and it's almost impossible to grab. I feel it already

I ate less than 2000 calories every day. I'm always tired at night cause I don't eat a lot, it's hard for me to do school work. I thought it was normal. Urgh I need rehab. The weight I lost lately is worrying me.

you should be banned from this thread. i'm hoping users who are willing to be serious about their bodies and daily calorie intake aren't influenced at all by your posts.

Working out has been the best thing for me! I feel more relaxed and happy. I encourage anyone to do it.
I just feel more calm and less stressed about life, I also feel a bit more intelligent in school.
