I loved 2 Of You since then.
Why is Poetry so overrated? :-/ Anyways, Sucka For Love is so awesome!
Welcome to The Dollhouse is as hot as their first album.
Take that no. 1 DK!
And they harmonize on a lot of the songs, but you probably didn't even give it a listen.
and I love lights outs<33333333
LMAO @ you trying to bring up Monica... she's more successful than Danity Kane will ever be. When Danity Kane gets a #1 hit, a Grammy and actually go 2x platinum in sales then try again and I might pay you some mind.

Well get your wallet out soon cause you'll be paying sooner than you think..
Haha, no nvm me I'm neutral in this. I like DK better when they don't harmonize but that's just my opinion and you have yours.
Although now after looking at the album lyrics i must say AGAIN Shannon was dubbed on many tracks... She has like one to five lines the most in each song and in "Poetry" she doesn't even have a part!
With the little solo's they give her she KILLS them (Damaged, Striptease, Pretty Boy, 2 Of You)
Aubrey of all people has the most parts on the CD, Aundrea, Dawn, D.Woods than Shannon.

Shannon also has a little solo in "Bad Girl" .. the part that goes "from a caterpillar to a butterfly" is her.
She also has parts in "Ecstacy" & "Key To My Heart".
So they defientely let Shannon IN this time. Hopefully she'll get more shine on future albums.

Yeah true, but i've never really listened to "Key To My Heart"; i've heard her part just never payed attention. THAT song really needs to be taken off the tracklist and they should add something else uptempo. But still she needs more shine, I can't imagine being her, going into the studio and just being in the stall for like 5 minutes doing your part while the rest of them are in for like 30 doing theirs.
BTW I just found out that Willie of Day26 is also married, so now each group has a married member lol.
I wonder when their MBT4 tour will start, Danity Kane better be the final act since most people are going for them =) Donnie, Day26 THAN Danity Kane

AMG (All Music Guide) Review:
2/5 stars.
Danity Kane exist in a strange netherworld of pop culture, where you either know everything about the prefabricated girl group or you know nothing about them. Despite debuting at the top of the Billboard charts with their eponymous 2006 debut, on its way to eventual platinum sales, the group didn't seem to make any impact outside of MTV, the place where their construction was meticulously, endlessly documented on the third season of Making the Band. Not all made-for-TV bands are doomed to be forever defined as television bands, but Danity Kane are the kind of stiff, faceless girl group whose personality can only be discerned by a venue other than the music. Which of course is why they fall through the cracks: fans of the show find it all fascinating but those who don't watch find the music white noise for malls, designed for teens who dream of the day they can sneak into clubs. The popularity of Making the Band 3 pushed Danity Kane into the Top Ten, and the very existence of a Making the Band 5 featuring DK and subsequent MTB winners Day 26 and Donnie J, all making albums at the same time and jockeying for success, could help push the group's second album, Welcome to the Doll House, into the charts, with its release scheduled for March 2008 as the new season unfolds...but that would be a pretty tall order, as Welcome to the Doll House is a paler, plainer recycling of their debut. All five of the DK girls are blandly, conventionally pretty in their voices (not to mention their looks), and no amount of melisma can lend them personality. They were picked for the group because they're pliable, and they thoroughly disappear into these overly constructed productions, dense on rhythms but bereft of hooks, either in the instrumentals or vocals. With so few exceptions that they play like accidents — "2 of You" has slinky rhythms that make up for the nonsensical "you've got me having breakfast in the afternoon" refrain; "Lights Out" has an appealing dose of Minneapolis funk in its keyboard, as does "Key to My Heart," which shimmers slyly, almost cloyingly — there is no lightness to this record, and everything feels grimly labored. Maybe hearing the end results would be interesting if you've witnessed the labors on Making the Band, but anybody else will wonder why it takes so much work to sound so bland...and why we are bothering thinking about them anyway. http://www.allmusic.com/cg/amg.dll?p...0:dzfoxzejldhe
Not a very good review ...
Billboard Review:
On a recent episode of MTV reality show "Making the Band 4," the women of Danity Kane expressed the desire to have more dance tunes and less slow jams on their sophomore set. Apparently, label head Sean "Diddy" Combs granted their wish. Unlike the quintet's self-titled debut, which took a slightly more hip-hop soul approach, "Welcome to the Dollhouse" features more mid- and uptempo pop tracks produced by the likes of Danjahandz, Bryan-Michael Cox and Mario Winans. On the Missy Elliott-assisted "Bad Girl," the group croons about its seductive ways over heavy drums, while the bass-laden "Sucka for Love" finds it confessing to being "addicted to kissing and hugging/touching and rubbing." Elsewhere, the piano-based "Key to My Heart," about the fear of losing a loved one, and "Is Anybody Listening" continue to demonstrate the ladies' R&B roots.—Mariel Concepcion http://www.billboard.com/bbcom/conte...1686837372062e
