Ashley and Vanessa left the LA Fitness gym together after a post-holiday workout on Wednesday (December 26th) in North Hollywood. The camera shy BFFs were seen leaving the gym with four guys considered their trainers and staff.

Ashley and Vanessa (once again) were spotted shopping at Lisa Kline in Beverly Hills,California. It was crazy, papz everywhere, they even hide under a sheet as they leave a recording studio in Los Angeles, California! They were spotted too going through the McDonalds 'drive-thru'.

The friends parked in the back alley of Lisa Kline on Robertson Blvd but Tisdale tried to park her Range Rover in a precarious spot and looked to Vanessa for some help. As you can see from the pictures, Vanessa had a great view of the distance to the car next to her, but failed to warn Ashley, who was driving, that she was about to scrape the car next to her. After parking in a different spot, Ashley was disappointed to see the minor damage she caused to hers and the parked car she scraped.

Ashley tried to order a 6-piece Chicken McNuggets (with sweet and sour sauce) and a #10 Grilled Chicken Sandwich (with French Fries). Took quite awhile to get the order through because the photographers were ordering food items not on the menu like Burger King Whoopers and other fast food chain sandwiches! The best part of the video when Ashley get a little spooked when an Asian women knocks on the tined car window and peers in. Must-see moment!!!! When Ashley drives her Range Rover up to the window, the McDonalds drive-thru employee gets thoroughly excited about the paparazzi and exclaims “Put me on TMZ! Put me on TMZ!” She talks about fixing her nappy hair and totally lives up her four seconds of fame. Referring to Vanessa, the McDonalds employee asks, “Wasn’t she butt naked somewhere?” Watch the video below–hilarity ensues!!!

The producers of High School Musical 3 are considering writing Ashley Tisdale’s nose job into the motion picture’s script to explain the surgery’s dramatic alteration of the actress’ face.
“Ashley’s appearance has been so dramatically altered, producers want to include the surgery in the storyline for High School Musical 3 to explain her new look,” a spy tells In Touch Weekly.
