This song is gonna smash like Royals but the third single might falter if it's not picked correctly. If you notice Macklemore's third single same love did not do as well as the first two same with carly are jepsen her third single flopped majorly while her first two were top ten hits. in order to keep momentum with the number one smashes Lorde should pick Buzzcut Season as the third single, I can't stop replaying it. If you ask me, Tennis Court is a smash waiting to happen. It's probably the most radio friendly song on the album besides Royals (and that's including Team). Recently it seems like the "third single test" for brand new artists is the new "second single test", so I really hope her management picks that because if Team can smash, Tennis Court is pretty much guaranteed to.

She's chosen the two most radio friendly songs on the album for the first two singles. It gets a little harder from here - both Tennis Court and Buzzcut Season are great third single choices.

The problem is that Tennis Court is actually pretty well known for an album track considering it has been in the top 40 of Spotify since its release on PH. Plus, it was already released in AUS/NZ if I recall correctly.

I'll be happy with whatever she wants, though.

But wasn't Royals still the single back then? They played it smartly and once Royals died down then they worked on Team so its no wonder its only picking up now.
