"Special countdown for the runner-ups", the video that get #1 will be counted as an official #1 on the regular daily countdown! (include videos peaked at number 2, 3 and 4)
Also, "Special countdown for the wannabe-retired", the video that get #1 will officially join the retirement club! (include unretired videos spent more than 20 days on the countdown)
