I am sure she made a decent amount of cash off CMM... Maybe they are saving the promo for Kiss? I don't understand why Interscope didn't promote this at all, it could have easily gone top 10, most likely top 5.

It's not flopping, it got to #19 based just by the size of her fanbase, which I think is impressive. Once radio starts to really play it, it will go higher than #19.
I live in the Toronto area but I actually heard it from an american radio station. I was just flipping through the stations in the car and I heard it on 98.5 kiss fm from Buffalo. It sounds amazing even when it's fuzzy.
