Can you make a feature where an ATRL Contributor will be able to know when to change their username? Since I want to fully utilize its every 3 month capability to change yet I think I missed 4 days of it before changing since I forgot the date that I was able to change it the first time.

Hey Athens, for some reason this site doesn't load properly when using my homes wifi. It works fine under any other wifi connection. Any ideas why?

Most likely related to the IP range bans we added for security purposes. PM your IP address and we'll see what we can do about that.

They had to block a range of IP addresses due to too much traffic. Your home IP might be one of them, same thing happened to me. They told me nothing could be done about it and that even some mods encounter this problem.

You use the YouTube brackets, of course with the end of the URL (after the = sign). For example 3RRrNWF46Ns from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3RRrNWF46Ns would be between the YouTube brackets to look like:

My problem is that many avi's and especially mine won't load when I posted a reply. Sometimes I refresh the page because I hate it and sometimes it works and sometimes not. I'm using Safari.

EDIT: Maybe the problem is that I didn't upgrade Adobe Flash Player yet ? I got a message that I should some days ago.

It won't be because of Flash Player.

I use a mixture of Chrome (laptop) and Safari (laptop and mobile) and have never encountered that issue before.

There could be a configuration problem or cache corruption going on with your Safari. Try clearing your cache (Safari > Preferences > Advanced > Show Develop menu > Develop > Empty Caches)

If you're running a slow connection, that can also hinder loading times and prevent images from fully loading.

(If you're using Safari on mobile) This is just a speculation, but if ATRL Tech is working on fixing the redirect ads on mobile then there may be a chance that they have been doing some work with JavaScript that may be temporarily affecting the avatars. This is, of course, if they actually use JS for avatars. The last forum I moderated did but I'm not sure about ATRL.

Thanks but I deleted my old Flash player, installed the new one and now Youtube and every other video streaming site isn't working anymore I don't know how to fix this **** .

And the avis are working now fine for me

Sorry it took a while to reply; I was trying to find out if I can post a download link to an older version of Flash Player but the moderators are a bit too occupied with the April Fools joke to notice me.

Anyway, there are a lot of known issues with the new Adobe Flash Player and Macs. In fact, it's not even usable on Mac. It's just a dead bug ridden program. As far as I know, there haven't been any resolutions found yet. To put it simply: there was a bug in the program since 2006 that was exploited in this new version and it is now affecting Mac. They have "found a fix" but are still testing it. They are gonna release it soon though, hopefully.

My suggestion is to uninstall Flash 13 and re-install 12 by following these links.

There is a major security flaw in 12.0.0.77 though; just as a pre-caution. The new Mac friendly version of 13 should be available sometime this week but if you're really desperate for Flash then 12 is your only option. You should be safe from any security threats as long as you stick to YouTube and major sites like that.

I'm assuming the reason your avs worked again was because you cleared the cache?
