Personally, I put him at No1 because of I Miss You. Hell, I put him on every list I did put him on because of I Miss You.
I did listen to his other stuff too though, and it all *****. So he deserves it.

Calvin & We Found Love.
"I Miss You" is a masterpiece, but if we exclude it, Frank is realistically a non-factor as a songwriter. Congrats anyway.
