Why is Cheers so damn low? It's a very fun song in my opinion, it really doesn't deserve the hate just because of the Avril sample. It's nothing compared to the rest of the song.

Proves that atrl doesn't know **** about talent. Just because the album didn't do well commercially they rate all the songs low. Most people probably didn't even listen to Bionic and just gave it all low scores.
