Self drag? I just told you what Mimi did this year but ok. And no, she's doing a docu series about her tour and other projects. But I didnt know Jlo did all that stuff! Nice to see her doing all those Latin projects. Maybe that's why I didn't catch anything of it.

People really downplay Mariah's legacy and impact. She (and Stevie wonder) made melisma popular. A lot of today's A-list artists have her as their influence (Ariana, Beyoncé, Adele, Fifth Harmony etc) and her songs are sung on every singing competition every year. I can't think of anyone except Demi Lovato and Kat DeLuna who names J-Lo as their inspiration. This alone proves that Mariah is more iconic.
