Light Up The Night, Play It Loud & Someday could have easily been replaced by them.

No, I think they've done a great job for choosing the right tracks. The Coming and Own It are only fillers, and they needed an amazing song (The Situation) among those fillers to be able to sell the Deluxe Edition. As for Everything Wonderful, Phenomenon and Take It Off, they are good songs that were leftover tracks from The E.N.D., and they are not bonus tracks on the North American editions. Love You Long Time is one of the best song on The Beginning, and Play It Loud is 5 times better than the Own It. Both Own It and The Coming are repetitive song, and sound really annoying after a while.
