Furthermore what university taught you that the racial connotations associated with black hair were due to patriarchic society. Eurocentric? Yes. Patriarchic? No.
It's as if like african-americans want this 'war' to continue so that they can play the victims and vent their frustrations agaisnt all white people because of things some white people have done/still do, this isnt how you're going to get your rights or respect, this saddens me as a black living in Europe, my mom is 100% African like most black descendents here and we dont have not even half of these issues and race conflicts

Hispanic/latino is not a race or ethnicity. Its a classification only used in the US. Irish people are white. (Christina's mother is from Ireland). People from latin america can be white and/or black. Christina's father is a SPANISH-ecuadorian meaning he is a white latin american. Therefore she is not a POC, she is ethnically white on both sides of her family aka she is of european ancestry despite one of her parents not being from Europe
Being a WHITE hispanic removes you from being a POC because you are WHITE

if you can easily pass as being white you face significantly less racism than people who can't. that's just a fact. being a minority isn't the same as being oppressed. otherwise, men and women would be equal considering there aren't more men than there are women. once again, you're oversimplifying.

But there are people of European descent in Latin America who are ethnically white therefore they are not POC BECAUSE THEY ARE WHITE!!! it's not that hard to understand. Christina aguilera is a spanish Ecuadorean which means she is white, in the United states she would be considered a white Hispanic. Spanish people (from Europe) are also considered white Hispanics. This isn't about what f*cking skin complexion you have, it doesn't matter what region of the world you were born or where you grew up, if you are of European descent then YOU ARE WHITE.
