Originally after Jill kills Sidney, Charlie and Trevor she is attended to outside of the house by a paramedic. Then from in the distance another paramedic yells "We've got a live one".. Then it was suppose to end. Scream 5 was going to have the audience know the killer the whole time to add a new dynamic + possibly throw in some new copycat killers. Perhaps the killer in Scream Queens is revealed in the finale and then carries on into the next season with the audience knowing who it is.
