Chart Notes: December 1, 2012
"Angel" skyrockets to the summit of Hot 25, "Here," "Child" sleeps,
"Night" falls and the beginning of the "Power of Love."
Adrian Sina's "Angel" flew to the summit 16-1 on Hot 25 with the help of the No. 1 debut on Digital Songs (28 plays) and the 3-1 climb on Hot Airplay. Asher's "Here With You" and Swedish House Mafia's "Don't You Worry Child" hold onto No. 2 and No. 3. "Every Night," the former chart leader for 4 weeks descends 1-4 on Hot 25, slipping 4-8 on Hot Digital Songs. Asaf's "One Day" bounces back into the top 5, bumping 6-5.
Zedd's "Clarity" drops 4-6. Hedley's "Kiss You Inside Out" stays at No. 7. Last weak hot shot debut "A Thousand Years: Part II," by Christina Perri dips 5-8 on Hot 25, a drop 1-11 on Digital Songs. Linkin Park's "Powerless" suffers 8-9. Lifehouse's "Between The Raindrops," featuring Natasha Bedingfield, continues to hold onto its semi-permanent seat at No. 10, once again.
One Direction's "Little Things" reaches top 15, ascending 19-15, and Leona Lewis' "Fireflies" ascends 18-16.
UK artist Gabrielle Aplin's "The Power of Love" imports onto the Hot 25 at No. 21. The Cab's "La La" dives in at No. 22. Taylor Swift's "I Knew You Were Trouble" returns at No. 24.
