I recently talked to someone at Carrie's label, although my contact did not tell me precise details, she did specifically say that this is going to be their attempt to take Carrie to "the next level" (what that means exactly I don't know) and they have been having meetings and working their tails off to get this right.
I was told then (this was a couple months ago) that they were hoping the album drops by March/April.

I don't know the validty and accuracy of this guy though. For all we know he can be a gay **** actor in Estonia who keeps claiming he has inside information for not only Carrie, but every artist that releases.

Well if I were her label I'd do everything in my power to make sure Carrie's an all star. Imagine if she were the one to dethrone Adele? That'd be huge!

I really want her to do wonders with this album. She loves it... and it's always good to outperform previous eras.
