Umm she just had her biggest first week sales ever.

She sold 250k of What's My Name? in one week (I'm pretty sure this is one of her best sales weeks yet).

Well the peak of digital sales was last year. So she will need to have a multi-week digital number one to get a 5x platinum song. But I think that with the next effort she will be able to. She has undeniable selling power, but I do not see any of the songs off of Loud going past 3 million. I hope that WMN? and OG can get 3x platinum, and then the rest of the singles get to 2x platinum.

If the first version gets to #1 on iTunes then I think it will be #1 on the Hot 100 for a lot of weeks (at least 3 or 4), meaning it might be the Christmas #1.

I think that RYG vs. Firework is going to be the defining battle of Xmas 2010. On one hand, you have the party-your-butt-off, New-Year's ready RYG. On the other, you have the undeniably motivational and very Xmas-y Firework, and Katy Perry's unchallenged dominance of Pop and HAC radios this year. It will be close, it will be interesting, but both songs will do very, very well.
