I like your design to be honest, the whole castle wall thing is cute. I don't even know what dinosaur you are though, so that isn't helping you out at all.
Battle Use: Rock/Steel isn't something you WANT to be if you a defensive Pokemon, and that's what you are designed to be. Your defenses are amazing, but your HP is piss poor. You take hits as good as a Happiny. So sorry, you'll forever be washed into the NU. Unless something special comes your way.
