I kinda feel like this is just a tactic of AB to gain more attention when your relevancy is fading and it seems working on her part. But I would prefer her to use her music to gather attention rather than using someone who is more popular to her. But I guess desperate time needs desperate measure so I can't blame her.
You're in luck! She just released her debut album on iTunes to rave reviews! You can purchase it here!
"Whatever Eminem was talking about," kiii let's downplay rape because you don't like Iggy, but I bet you were egging Azealia on when she was threatening to release a diss track about him, right?
And these critcisms must also be factual to Lil Debbie, Kreayshawn, Justin Timberlake, Miley Cyrus, Justin Bieber, Fergie, etc. right? Or are they exempt because half of the aforementioned artists are irrelevant, or because she hasn't had beef with them before? Take off the stan goggles for a second, and look at the real issue here. Police brutality against minorities. A successful white rapper tweeting her condemnation of recent events won't make a fairy godmother appear to fix all the issues in America.
I really wouldn't mind her addressing the slave master line. That will mark her career until it's over, so if she really wanted to clear the air she should. Admit it was a ridiculous line genuinely and be done with it.
The tweets I don't care so much about because they are older than hell and are more insensitive and ignorant than downright racist. And generally speaking almost all of our faves have done or said something insensitive and ignorant.

Again, who is talking about those artists but the Iggy stans desperate to divert attention away from their racist fave?

she wrote a letter about the slave master lyrics, said they weren't meant that way.

Quote:
Dear world,
Im writing you today to address a lyric I said a few months ago in one of my songs that I feel has been used to unfairly slander my character and paint me as a racist person.
Kendrick Lamar is one of my favorite artists and I loved his song ‘Look Out for Detox’ so much I decided to do my own version of it last year. The lyrics I wrote follow the original version closely; One lyric in particular has offended a lot of people and for that, I apologize.
The artist’s lyric was:
“when the relay starts I’m a runway slave”
My lyric was:
“when the relay starts I’m a runaway slave…Master, ******** on the past gotta spit it like a pastor
This is a metaphoric take on an originally literal lyric, and I was never trying to say I am a slave owner."
Again, who is talking about those artists but the Iggy stans desperate to divert attention away from their racist fave?
Like what is your point?
Well if we're gonna have the conversation of white artists using black culture for monetary gain, even tho there's a much more important conversation to be had righty now, then include everyone that's taking advantage.
It's not about diverting attention it's about being transparent. It's clear AB only came at Iggy cuz she's had these thoughts building up for some time now. If anything it's yall that are jumping hoops to ignore that fact!
