There's more to New York than NYC.
Oh and.... Empire State Building, Central Park, Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn Bridge, Grand Central, Times Square.

What's wrong with public transportation? Sure it's not luxurious, but I ****ing hate driving, I hate it - especially here up north in the winter. I went into a ****ing ditch last month and I am counting down the days until I move to NYC. I know it's expensive, but I can't wait to get rid of my car. I will literally park my car in Detroit and leave it there - I don't give two ****s. Someone can steal that ****.
Anyway.
NYC is also one of the safest largest cities in the world. This city is endless. Despite it's expense, there are so many parks to explore to escape the city life, so many different types of music, comedy, theater that you can see, so many places to eat - you can't even cover it all at once when you live there. What an exciting place to be

Florida is the 4th most populous state in the USA with 19 million people.
Miami
Tampa
Orlando
Jacksonville
Disney World
Everglades National Park
Florida Keys
Florida has a bad reputation on ATRL, but it really is a fun place! I went to Orlando/Disney World once a few years ago. It was awesome! The Humidity and heat though <<<

Florida is my second home. I almost moved there, but my family is ****ing nuts and I can't take it. Because all of my family lives there, I end up going 2-3 times a year though.
I love Naples, that's where my Mom lives. I also like Ocala. It's small, but it's a nice escape. Plus, the horse farms are wonderful.
Just went to Miami a couple weeks ago. Really wish I could spend more time, but it was good to go.
Orlando is great - I love the parks. I really love Tampa, I haven't gone in a while. Anyone been to Ybor City in Tampa? It's wonderful. I'm not into the whole drug/alcohol thing they all got going there, but I still like the vibe and diversity of the area.
I've pretty much been everywhere in Florida. I would like to hit up Fort Lauderdale and Key West though. The only two places I haven't been that I would really like to go to.
But New York of course >>>>>>>>>>
Thank God, I decided not to move down there. It's a vacation spot, not a home (for me, but that's because I can't stand more than a few weeks with my family).

You girls are so tense. I New York....but honestly, where were the lies in my post. Just playing off of commonly known stereotypes.
Anywho FLORIDA will be my new place of residence come March. Outside of the hellacious weather I'm pretty sure I'll love it. Altamonte Springs to be exact.

Altamonte Springs is a great area. Every year XL 106.7 (great top 40 station btw ) put on a great 4th of July concert/fireworks show. I went in 2012 and Cobra Starship (my favorite band) headlined and it was free Plus JoJo and Neon Hitch were there. Not huge names, but it was free, so I wasn't about to complain.

You’ll like altamonte springs sis, the mall there is one of the best malls I’ve been to in florida. Just watch out, no matter where you are in florida there’s crazies everywhere.
Other than that, early welcome to the sunshine state

hayyy Florida
I've been here for aboutttt... 13 years now, I believe.
It's actually not as bad as people say, it's a pretty cute state. I don't really care for the hot weather and lack of snow, though. Plus right now the weather is trying to fit all 4 seasons into one week. Like a few days ago it was 85, today it was around 70, days ago it was around 60-ish, tomorrow and tonight it'll be in the 30/40/50s.
I think it's a pretty nice place to live, though I definitely prefer New York, where I was born.
(And since I missed that convo: Albany >>>>> your faves! Sorry 'bout it)
