Javier was my pick last year but their is now only one person I even like left everyone else has left. Last year was so much better at least for me

oh xtina... even though jesse was a bit shaky I dont think he should have eliminated him, then again her team is so strong this year unlike her mediocre, boring team last year so it really should come down to tonights performances...

It was definitely unexpected, but I agree with her that she kept the three with the most potential versatility going forward.

I agree with her. I just didn't expect it. I think Ashley has come out of nowhere and shown great potential. Lindsey had an off night tonight but I'm hoping she gets the votes to push her past Chris and Ashley because if she can pull out a great performance again she has a chance of winning.

Also I think this makes way for a possible Juliet Simms win. I mean, now that Jesse's gone, I really think a girl will win this.

Yeah, Lindsey was her weakest of the night vocally (though the Foolish Games arrangement was a mess for Ashley tbh). I had thought that Christina might do the "well, based on tonight..." thing but she's clearly thinking strategically.

You think so? Jesse was possibly her best shot at winning. Its was pretty close between him, Chris & Lindsey. If she was thinking strategy she would have eliminated Ashley, who doesn't stand a chance of winning.

I think Christina didn't eliminate Ashley based on this sort of random strength she's shown these past two weeks. Mostly, though, I think Christina has been paying attention to iTunes and she knows that the buying public is here for Lindsey when she's on her game. If you think about it, it would've been highly likely for Jesse and Lindsey to be her final two, at which point she would have no say in the outcome. She could have eliminated him based on the fact that she wants Lindsey to be her finalist. Who knows.
