He could always improve with a couple of performances under his belt. Feb was the 1st time in almost 6 years where he performed solo.
It's a bit too early to be working on a new album considering the 1st is yet to be released...

I saw a tweet of a girl threatening to kill herself because 'some random terrorist' leaked the album in a Periscope, the LASHINGS she received

I don't think a tour is necessary for now (small performances here and there would be nice, though), but you can't just sustain yourself as a popstar without a decent amount of promo to keep your name out there. If he doesn't want to that's fine, but he can't have both.
