And I only get one period in the morning at school to use the weight room. I started benching and squatting as well. I need a chest - like I need a chest and I don't have much of one.
I need bigger arms.
I need a tighter stomach. I need a lot.
My friend is cut af and he says he doesn't believe in protein shakes, he just exercises at home and takes in a lot of protein ("I do 30 pushups and then eat a PB&J sandwiches, and repeat until I can't anymore") He is a football player, basketball player, and track runner tho so
