There's huge interest in TTT, so on one hand I don't think they can wait that long to release it as a single. However, RMO is less of a certified hit than TTT, so maybe it would be in the era's best interest to wait on it.
That's why they should have released TTT as the second single. They dumb for not doing that.

Thats the thing sis, TTT is SUCH a summer song. But too bad its already getting airplay. I don't want her to wait 6 months to release a single that has been on radio long before that. It would be futile. The sooner the better so thats why Im pushing for it to be the 3rd single but WHYB is just EAGER to SMASH. I guess WHYB could be the Summer Single then.

We saw how that turned out.

WHYB has to be the the third single. We can't go six months without another international hit. WHYB is bound to smash both internationally and in the United States, while most of TTT's potential lies in the US. The album as a whole would benefit more from the former.

TTT would be gaining on Urban though, not POP so it wouldn't really matter that WFL was destroying that format. Obviously it would catch on eventually, but still. As long as they don't release a certified BOMB as the 4th single, they will be fine.
I'd fully approve if BC would be added as the 7th single.
