He did deny it yes, still he has been supporting drop4drop for years now.
Oh i see.
Speaking of songwriting and upcoming albums, this was kinda the best rumor ever, the way i hyped myself for it was too much
Quote:
Adele has said before her third album will take some time. “I want to write it, record it all, produce it all and master it on my own,” she said last summer, revealing plans to set up a home studio. Whereas there was a three-year wait between her first two albums, her third will “take a lot longer”, she said then, because she wants to do it all herself.
Adele said: “I have five tracks ready to go. One of them is quite upbeat – a real ‘girl power’ type of song. I plan to do a cover of the INXS hit ‘Never Tear Us Apart’ which is probably my fave song of all time. The whole album will have quite a live feel to it.”
So ... as a fellow Daydreamer informed me on Twitter, she might be going to see Bey tonight in Philly. Bey has only 2 shows left one in Philly one in Nashville. Adele said she has a show the next day. Philly is close to NYC and not too far from Montreal.
Why aren't her albums already not considered a feminist album?
Because they're not under the stereotypical empowerment themes that the media would pick up on, and also she then doesn't describe/promote them as such.
Could any of them be considered to actually promote the movement's ideology, though? Maybe 25 to some extent, it touches on the subjects Maddox suggests, but at the same time it doesn't go much into their implications outside of her most private life.

See this I don't think was for 25 cause the inxs cover was recorded for 21 and she hated it I have read this but where us it from cause I think it's bs

Yeah, makes more sense than going from Montreal to Nashville to Toronto. Ik Eric was in Philly on sc the other day, maybe the girls went down there later as well.

I vaguely remember that. But I always knew she would write with others as well. I actually like it when she collaborates with other people, I find it interesting and they can bring something out of her that she may not be able to do on her own. Though I would love to see her write songs on her own again, even if it's just for half of the tracks on the album like 19, and maybe in the future she'll finally be able to do it all on her own.
But it does remind me, why doesn't she produce? So far, her only production credit is for Someone Like You, and that was a co-production credit. Tbh I'm not even really sure what "producing" is, even by looking it up on Wikipedia . But a lot of artists on her level already produce consistently, even if it's not by themselves. Adele is now, and has been for years, at a stage in her career where she can produce. Not only that, but she went to the Brit school where I assume she learned how to do these things at a very young age. So, why?

I read the rumor from the Sun Those ****ers know how to play with my daydreaming.
I really wanna hear her version of "Never Tear Us Apart." I know it got cut from 21 because the vocals were "unconvincing," and unfortunately, being that Paloma Faith released a cover of it a few years ago, Adele would probably never release her version. Someone at XL needs to leak it!
EDIT: She was going to re-record it in the very early stages of 25. She talks about it here.

It's not her forte. From what i know based on her interviews (and i may be wrong) is that she excels at coming up with lyrics, she delegates the melodies and producing in general to her songwriting partners.
But yeah i would love if she can produce as well, surprise us queen!

I remember back when i checked the song out of curiosity, snobbish tryhards saying the usual "mainstream chick will ruin the song, the original will always be superior" but I'm totally up for XL leaking the cover, she better trigger those bastards.
Rock music of any kind would certainly suit to Adele if she just wanted to do it. I think that the torque she has in her voice goes a bit wasted on pop music.

That's not a legit interview and they are taking what she has said for 21 and make it look like she said it for 25.
I have wondered about the producing thing too cause she has learned about it at the Brit school i guess it's too technical from producer interviews I have seen that's what I have gathered so maybe she doesn't like it? and yeah her thing is mainly lyrics then melodies.
The quotes about the self-recording came from the mid-2011 Q Magazine interview according to this retelling by The Guardian. I think the 5 tracks done/INXS/girl power stuff was just dug up by The Sun for one of their stories a few months earlier than that, I can't track it down but my best guess is she probably actually said it around mid-2010 with regards to 21, there was another bit from Q Magazine in which there were 5 definite song titles given, 4 made the album in the end. Makes me wonder if the upbeat girl power track she was referencing there was RHI.
i want her to do smt with one of those great indie artists from home she's been promoting on twitter or mentioned!
like Skepta, Stormzy, Tinie (she already has tho ), Michael Kiwanuka, Dizzie etc...
i mean i know they're pretty far-fetched music wise (maybe not Kiwanuka tho) but she obviously loves them, and they all admittedly love her!
Ed and Bruno i could def see, and she should give Mark Ronson a new shot. and Damon Albarn!
