Closer will be #1 on Australian iTunes very soon. Papercuts and Alarm are both discounted so I don't think Rise will be able to pass them before the video. It'll probably continue to float around the #5-#7 position until then.
I think Rise can stick around the Top 20 in the US. It should be able to pass Treat You Better again and maybe Don't Let Me Down since The Chainsmokers have a new single out.

If NZ charts worked like Australian charts it would have debuted at #1 there too. It was #1 on iTunes all first week in both countries. Australian charts are digital sales dominated and New Zealand charts are streaming dominated.
