Nah at that point she was just getting popular. The single was released in April 14th. Just Dance had just finished it's run and I think Poker Face was about to start slaying the radios around then. But it was a bit too early for her to make impact on other ppls songs. Also Wale is not really big either. He's one of those college artist.
But on good news this is what she had to say about writing her hook for his song.
