I disagree. WTC is doing pretty good, I think we are just used to seeing Rihanna explode on Radio and on Itunes, its time for a change. Rihanna can't keep doing that, because her sales are sorta weak in a way
S&M/WTC are taking its time to climb up, and gain momentum. I think WTC will pull a Like A G6, maybe!
S&M will have a great run on both Radio and Digital

It depends, her label is being smart, they could've easily replaced Cheers over S&M, seeing it was more popular at the time, but they understand that Cheers is a summer anthem. CKB is a smash hit for either after or before the summer. Fading would be a great Winter hit, to sustain album sales!

"Cheers" will be released, and I don't think they'll release more than 5 singles,so that means only 1 single will be released after/before "Cheers".A ballad is expected, but I want them to take risky choices and release either "Man Down" or "Skin".They got 4 smashes from this album ("Only Girl","What's My Name?","S&M" and "Cheers"),so even if "Man Down"/"Skin" flops,it won't be much of a big deal especially since both songs can manage to sell albums.

Add on Rude Boy, S.O.S and PDR and you got the full batch.

Imagine if all songs ("All Of The Lights","Who's That Chick?","Raining Men" and "S&M")(Other that the other 2 smashes ("What's My Name? and "Only Girl")) smashes on radio, that would be too much.

Who says they only have to release 5 singles from LOUD?
Why would she create an album full of nothing but hits and only release 5 songs?!
That's not even logical, they are wanting to push this album and they are going to push every song capable of being a decent-hit-smash!
S&M, Cheers and CKB are the obvious Smashes, but I mean Fading and Complicated can be a hit as well. So I mean just resorting to the "risky singles" aint cutting it. Not anymore. Rated R was pretty much a risk, Rihanna is gaining back the fans that she sort of lost with Rated R, she wont make the same "mistake" or "mishap" twice.
Man Down and Skin are great hits, not album fillers, but just arent commerically viable.

I agree, but just because Rihanna has her own single (S&M) playing, radios arent going to cater just to her, because WTC is a David Guetta song, ft. Rihanna, same with AOTL. They will smash, if the radio loves the song, and I think they will be pretty decent hits on radio.
We'll just have to deal with the Rihanna overload on Radio all this year I guess.
Thankfully, they arent the same sounding songs, so ppl wont be too annoyed!

"Pon De Replay" might be considered as one of her signature songs, but "S.O.S" and "Rude Boy" aren't.Actually,"Only Girl" and "What's My Name?" are closer to become signature songs than "Rude Boy" or "S.O.S".
But,that's just my opinion.

You know if an artist keep having a hit after a hit,and abvious smashes, people will eventually get tired of that artist. She already got smashes from this album, risky choices could gain her more respect and more fans.

I disagree once again. Having smashes will only give her more and more fans, more and more albums sales, more and more relevance. This year is going to be one of the best for music and Rihanna is equipped with great material to hold up her own with everyone whos releasing this year. A Risk? A Risk? I'm going to be completely honest with you, Skin would flop harder than Rockstar 101 on radio. Its not a commerical song.
Man Down is a great song, but its like a firebomb, its a song for the fans that bought the album, it wont be a single. It would flop as well, it might do okay, but seriously. In America, no, they wouldnt pay the song no attention.

Do you think "Rude Boy" will help her sell more album that what would "Firebomb" did? "S&M" will sell albums more than what "Man Down" would? Not everything is around how the single will perform, most labels don't even care if the single goes #1 or not.And no,if an artist releases the same kind of songs over and over again and not taking any risk, people will get tired of her.
And not every single-worthy hit on the album should be released.e.g: If,as you said, they should release all single-worthy songs on that album, and they released "S&M","Only Girl","Cheers","California King Bed","Fading" , "What's My Name?" and "Raining Men".Someone liked 4 song between those singles and decided to give the album a listen to see if he should buy it or not...He didn't like "Man Down","Skin","Love The Way You Lie II" and "Complicated",which means he won't buy the album.
But,if they release "What's My Name?","Only Girl","S&M" and "Cheers" and that person liked 3 of those 4 singles,he decided to listen to the album. He didn't like "Fading","Complicated" and "Skin",but he was blown by "Man Down" and "California King Bed",then he'll buy.

Where are you coming from bro? Seriously? When has California King Bed or Cheers sounded like anything Rihanna has released. NEVER. They are two different sounding songs that ppl havent really heard from her. They will fall in love with CKB and CHEERS. Songs like CKB will sell albums. CKB is a song that will not only be a hit, but it will crossover, about like what Umbrella did. CHEERS is a song that appeals to pretty much the masses. Teens and Adultss will kill this song.
I'm not saying a song has to go #1 for it to be a hit, hell no. I Dont think S&M is going #1 but ppl will buy the album, yess, especially if they like that style of music.
Rude Boy perfect example of what the public wants. RATED R was basically flopping, but Rude Boy brought it back to life. The public isnt going to get tired of Electro-pop, not now that is. Rihanna is smart, thats why she went back and did LOUD, a more fun-pop album
CKB isn't classified as electropop, its acoustic pop, country, alternative sound
Cheers is more pop-reggae.
OG was electropop
WMN was pop/r&b styling
S&M is dance pop
different styles, not the same sound.

I wasn't talking about "CKB"/"Cheers".I'm talking ingeneral,that taking a risk after 3/4 smashes is a great idea.THAT'S IT.

I disagree. Risks arent always plausible
Like I said, ppl will expect Rihanna to keep on releasing dance oriented styles
that's why when CKB is released, the public will be in awe of her vocals, and the message the song brings. CKB willl earn her more and more fans, because critics will praise the song, you've seen how they talked about it already in album reviews, and its a style she hasnt attempted. Bingo
After CKB the public will expect her to bring a dance smash, but no, she switches things up and here comes Cheers. A song that isnt all about the dance song, but its about having a great time, hint: IGF. This would be a pretty big song over the summer.
then she can either decide to release Fading or Complicated.
Man Down and Skin arent even considered for release in the US. Wouldnt be well precieved, sorry. Man Down maybe in the UK, but I doubt the US
