I just got back from seeing Donald Trump in Miami, it was..different.

I don't trust iSideWith entirely anymore, after having thoroughly examined it. It doesn't list the most recent information for all of its listed candidates' alleged positions.
It's a good tool for starting out and getting a feel, and that's how I used it way back in like 2012, but it's not really that definitive to be honest.

They already had her testify, they aren't going to bring her back, so what exactly are they going to do in the future to attack her? Like you said they aren't the FBI or the DoJ, the FBI will not be backing down so let them do their job.

Relax.
The FBI will do what the FBI damn well wants regardless of what you (or I) want them to do, but I didn't say this would affect them, so I don't need to be told to let them do their job.
Once again, I will point out that it's not yet designated as a criminal probe. It's not even focused on determining whether or not to indict her. Do you hear that? The FBI investigation into Hillary Clinton's emails is not a criminal probe intent on determining whether to indict her.
Now, how does this backing down by the Benghazi committee matter? It matters because it will, among other things, do the following:
- It will affect their line of questioning for further witnesses
- It will affect how they interpret and judge testimony from Hillary herself and all other witnesses to whom the emails are pertinent
- It will affect public perception of both the committee and the email "scandal" and investigation
- It further suggests that the GOP misguidedly focused on the emails in an attempt to damage her image
I really don't think there's anything more to say right now on the issue. It does affect things in important and notable ways, regardless of whether it will influence the FBI and DoJ or not, and regardless of whether she will personally testify or be targeted again.

If they didn't form the committee the private email server never would have been discovered. If the GOP didn't go after her on the emails there would be no FBI probe and if you think the FBI isn't looking for criminal wrong doing you are need a reality check. The FBI does not seize your computer to find out what color scheme you like.
They don't need to talk about the emails anymore.

Since Biden isn't running, it's pretty much assured the FBI is not gonna do a damn thing to Hillary.

Right, that's why they grabbed her server and recovered the deleted emails... That's why they grabbed 4 state department servers, the server in CO, the thumb drive and the cloud backup server... One thing in common with all these things is Hillary... Nah they aren't looking in to Hillary's actions at all because the FBI has not officially, which would be stupid, said they were.
What do you think an FBI investigation is exactly?

Took this a while back, just like I did in 2012 (for fun, already knew who I supported in both instances by then), and bookmarked the result. Looking back, the results are slightly amusing: 96% Bernie, 84% Hillary... 27% Trump, 7% Carson, 2% Cruz. The last two are perhaps my most disliked candidates EVER (well, Bachman and Santorum were  ), but not because of their policies. Just a coincidence that they're also the least I have in common with in terms of political views as well.
Interesting that my ideas were labelled "78% Socialist". Considering I don't see myself as that particularly and would say I support a somewhat even balance of socialism and capitalism leaning more toward the former, I think every American should take this quiz to dispel the "socialism bad! capitalism good!" propaganda they've been fed.

I would assume, given that fact that you work in a technological field, that you know that this could be an investigation into a GREAT number of things.
You know what's more likely than Hillary getting indicted? Another person being found to have ****ed up and getting indicted.
You know what's also possible? Nobody getting charged with anything because none of it was classified by the state department at the time.
You know what else is possible? No charges being filed before the five year statute of limitations that applies to improper storage and handling of classified information (which invalidates almost half of her term already).
Like. Let's stop pretending because they gathered her materials that it has to lead to "let's decide whether to indict Hillary." You know that doesn't actually have to be the case at all.

Bernie 79%, Rand Paul/Biden 76%, then Hilary/Trump 73%. Centrist overall. I got Rubio last time I took this, but he's 7th place now.
