well it would depend on which part of canada u were talking about, all of canada doesnt have one time ,its like the U.S. different parts have different times
if u maybe talking about central canada its 8 p.m. there (same as central U.S.)

why compare the success of britney & avril?
Britney is the princess of pop, is a media icon, the biggest selling female artist of the decade, has more #1 than avril and blah blah blah.
But avril sings live, write her lyrics, has complete control of her decisions,
while Britney just follows the "hot" trend(she's not even half pop of what she was back in OIDIA , BOMT days), and yet she's flopping with this album. she doesn't write, or even do her job SING live, she's just a cute face with a nice voice(yet now robotic) who follows what her manager and people around her, tells
so yes Britney sold more than what Avril Could sell in her entire career(because of the decline of sales), but that doesn't make britney better artist, so stop comparing them
I Hope you don't listen her because she sold 80M records. because that's lame
