I just wish she didn't work with so many people and made a more cohesive album overall. She could have still stayed in her lane, but maybe stuck with a more consistent sound throughout? Maybe a Stevie Nicks/Fleetwood Mac sound on the album. Something like "Edge of Seventeen" would have been a great change of sound for her.

I agree that she needs to be careful with her sound because of her audience. They could easily go "oh I miss 21 Adele, now she's selling out" or something like that.
RITD was something fresh for Adele compared to 19 while still having her trademark all over it. Some kind of step forward like that for 25 would have been nice to see. As long as she doesn't do anything too electronic and stays in the realm of what the GP considers "real music" she'll be ok.
Your point about making a cohesive album is true. It sounds like she just worked with a bunch of people over the years and selected the 11 songs that she felt were the best and could fit on an album. While that does give her many options for singles and pleases the most people, I wish it sounded more like 21, in the way that songs like He Won't Go, Take It All, I'll Be Waiting broke up the huge moments found in RITD, SFTTR, and One and Only.
