Buns, maybe toasted but not needed. Cooked or grilled beef. Maybe some camerizled onions. And Ketchup. jk
My old school use to serve this sort of Chicken Caesar sandwich it was made with toasted garlic(?) bread and cheese. The chicken are grilled. I wish I remember how they made it.
