I bet Birthday did have a decent budget, all those prosthetics and makeup artists etc can't have been cheap. Makes it even more tragic

The sad truth is Birthday probably had the biggest budget of the lot coming off of Dark Horse's coins. Like Samuel said, there was probably a lot of time and money invested in those personas, booking the parties, staging the car accident (hiring stunt drivers etc.) all the prosthetics. A mess.

Whereas Roar, Dark Horse and This Is How We Do are all cheap studio sets with a few costume changes and they're some of her best and most successful videos of the era.
