i mean yeah chris is successful, certainly @ what he does. he leads a certain type of music and he's synonymous with THAT brand but he will always be a beta level artist. he won't be on aRIH, Drake their lvl but it's not a bad thing to be beta. he's still hugely successful in most if not all of his ventures.

It Takes Two/Spiritual/Double Rainbow/This Moment are PRISM's best songs. Taylor tried to copy them in her album and kinda succeeded cause Style and OOTW are the only good songs in there.

But she won't She's not Britney or Gaga or K$ or these other basic white girls who NEED Pop radio to be successful.

The label are simply waiting for the perfect moment to drop the album, quite simply. Just like what Kendrick/TDE did -> waited to see when anticipation was right there...literally at the cusp then they dropped it. They know what they are doing. She is their only money maker. They will protect her at all costs. And tbh, i don't even think the album is actually done yet. Probably being finalised.

And IMO they will want to create a rather unique way to release it. No release date is old. Dropping a release date then *surprisingly* releasing it a week early is old. For Rihanna it has to be something more groundbreaking. It is Rihanna after all.
