Lets not pretend that Britney has released amazing artistic covers before "Femme fatale" so stop with the overreaction , and the worst part is that "Femme fatale" is actually one of the best 4 covers of her career among her messy covers. ... Deal with it.
And stop blaming her team, I know they sometimes can make bad decissions but at the end of the day, these people gave her a comeback and thanks to that people she is here now with a comeback in music , so you should just be kissing their asses and being thankful to them , instead of critizing that much.

She's Britney Spears, she sells all her stuff mostly on the name alone. With a better team, she could do so much better.

If we were living in utopia there are a few songs that belonged on different albums but that is one of the most missplaced smash songs from her catalog.

I'm not so sure about that. When she rights songs and gets involved it's rarely about that.
If anything her label might want to go that route but they might fail in certain parts but even they have to know that they need to market her in a more mature way.

I think they know how to market her but they are just nervous about going too far left.
I think they rather play it safe and generic whereas Britney wants to move forward.
I have a feeling her teaming up with will i am will give us more of what britney wants.

Her team knew exactly what they were doing, they were organaized, commited with the project, scheduled events and shows for her to promote, etc.
It was Britney's fault, she didn't care all the hard job her team did for her.
Who was the one that wasn't in shape? Britney or her team?
Who was the one that didn't try on the "Femme fatale documental"? Britney or her team?
Who was the one that didn't put effort on stage? Britney or her team?
.. And BTW if you didn't like the album, once again its not her team's fault, it was Dr.luke's fault who by the way was hired by Britney as the exec producer.

Her Femme Fatale cover (the album one) could've been better. Don't know why you're so defensive about it.
I don't think anyone should have to kiss up to anyone if said team had the capability of crafting her comeback and yet creates a messy FF era. Secondly, if no one didn't have the balls to criticize to begin with, where would anyone, even Britney be?
