It's a great album, for me She Wolf and Laundry Service top it, it ties with the Fixations and is better than Sale El Sol. It's very consistent and emotive, but I think it needed a little more rock in the pop-rock songs. Either go full on Alanis or Don't Bother at all (no pun intended

)
I think the album's a grower though, these are of course just my initial reactions.
