Trouble live is better, yes, but even the album version goes OFF. Top 5 on Red, after State of God, Holy God, Begin Again, and Treacherous.

While Chris Stapleton's Traveller has its producer (Dave Cobb) nominated for Producer of the Year, Alabama Shakes' Sound and Color is nominated for Best Engineered Album AND its producer (Blake Mills) is nominated for Producer of the Year. This is the first time for at least the past five years where an AOTY nominee has gotten nominations in both categories. While a nomination and/or win in one of the two categories seems to show strength in AOTY, nominations in both could be an even stronger indicator.

It is also worth noting that Blake Mills received his Producer of the Year nomination with Sound and Color being the only thing he produced this year.

Well Max Martin was nominated last year and I'm sure best engineered album is important, but the numbers of voters for that category is probably only a tiny fraction of the voters for AOTY and did she even submit 1989 for that?

yup, easily the best Red MM track--IKYWT > WANEGBT > 22 (obviously). 22 is one of the most embarrassing tracks of her career, and it should have never happened.

i think MM and taylor are a great pop combination, and their work on 1989 rocks. it's a great pop album, i love it, there are only 2 maybe 3 questionable songs, but overall it is really great. i don't think it will win AOTY, even if it does have a good chance.
