She's taking a longer time with her singles and it does in fact look like she was just preparing for DWT with Kuk, and not actually recording. Plus if the rumors about Bey releasing in November are true, then I doubt DJ would pit them against each other.
I think she'll start planning/recording in August, and aim for a release somewhere between March-May 2014. Not sure about a re-release in the Fall, as Unapologetic easily has enough singles to make it through the Winter. But we'll see. I'm preparing for #R8 no matter what.

She could always break up the filming into stages, and film separately on June 4th, 7th and 14th if they need it. That's just an example, but the filming can be done.
