If you're talking about Bieber, then the ony thing I find desperate about that boy is when he uses that "If my song goes #1, I'll release a new song..." thing. That comes off as desperate, cocky and a bit annoying.
If Selena were to do that, I swear I wouldn't even buy the damn song.
She should get a side bang or something. The part/long bang is all just weird.
If Sel did similar twitter promo for HTL, it would be doing/have done better. A great way to remind the fans to vote/request and buy the single just by tweeting about it.
